Accountable in a quality improvement process for an effective and efficient healthcare system and healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
Managing complex cases, working with the team to define a variety of clinical needs for our customers, they will assess, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based, person-centered care.
Review medical documentation and records for potential fraud, waste, abuse, or malpractice and identify trends in health care provider behavior and billing patterns.
Perform continuous evaluation of the audit program and recommend specific standards to be utilized in the audit process.
Analyze existing clinical audit practices and policies to define and ultimately implement changes to improve clinical integrity and overall hospital processes.
Analyze clinical risk information and alert the management team with rising trends and hotspots, suggesting viable options for reduction and/or correction.
Provide guidance and support to the medical team regarding the implementation of policies& procedures and ensure effective systems for evaluation are developed.
Working together with the Standard, Quality, and Accreditation Department (SQA) to develop criteria for the accreditation of providers.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree preferably in medicine, pharmacy, or audit-related field.

Medical Auditor will be responsible for assisting with/conducting audits of medical records, procedures, and any related medical activities to ensure quality and compliance with the standard set.

Support and assist in clinical audit to ensure the services given follow the latest guideline and SOP set.
To carry out the post-pay audit and medical audit for a specific disease to compare the differences in claim, treatment, and outcome.
Working together with the Standard, Quality, and Accreditation Department (SQA) to develop criteria for the accreditation of providers.
Identify triggers based on the quality and appropriateness of health care services provided and not just financial triggers.
Ensure the claim submission system will include the variable/entry that shows how the treatment/management had followed the CPG.
To run of post-pay audit of selected disease/treatment, any outlier claims, or random sampling.
Present the finding to the management committee/CEO and the proposal on how to make it better
To ensure the new core system/ claim system of the Company will have the variable/entry
Carry out a site visit to monitor/help/educate for better claim and treatment submission can be achieved.

Responsibilities
Ensure suitable metrics and Corporate KPIs are in place to measure performance and progress of the Company.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking of the Company’s scorecard and KPIs on the monthly tracker.
Be a business partner with the various departments and guide teams in identifying any gaps to achieve the KPIs.
Scan and research the business environment and healthcare industry for:
i) content management to be used for internal and external presentations and reports
ii) business opportunities to strategically position the Company (e.g. awards, speaking opportunities etc).

Strategic Communications
Together with the Head, Corporate Communications, plan for the Company’s strategic communication that drives broader visibility of ProtectHealth as a Company and its programmes such as PeKa B40 and other initiatives as mandated by the Ministry of Health.
Develop ProtectHealth’s media strategies and engagement plans to ensure impactful and effective communication of ProtectHealth’s initiatives and programmes (PeKa B40, PICK, SPIKPA etc)
Provide editorial services and support for corporate write-ups and publications, for print, broadcast and digital platforms.
External analysis, monitoring and reporting, ensuring our external coverage is positive
Develop key messaging for ProtectHealth and build a reference of key messaging to enhance positive perception of ProtectHealth
Draft Management Papers, presentations and other reports
External & Media Relations
Develop strategic content, ideas craft key messaging for media releases, as well as other media-related contents (speeches, FAQs, presentations etc)
Propose opportunities for media interviews, and other activities that help build the brand.
Plan and implement proactive PR initiatives and campaigns to create awareness of ProtectHealth’s programmes to enable stakeholders better understand the Social Agenda objectives of ProtectHealth. This includes the implementation of the media and social media plans.
Scan the business environment and media landscape for any story that can reinforce value and position the brand and bring these stories to life
Establish strong relationships and network through continuous engagement with the media.
Manage and respond to media queries
Negotiate with media channels for opportunities to feature relevant stories

Create a strong branding for ProtectHealth to promote the company as a highly valued and respected corporate entity.
Safeguard the corporate reputation and ensure the Brand of ProtectHealth is intact including with our Service Providers and partners
Develop strategies to increase awareness of ProtectHealth’s brand and efforts across all target segments through effective channels
Identify and drive collaboration opportunities with relevant partners that will support the ProtectHealth brand story.
Ensure effectiveness of strategic advertising and promotional campaigns
Manage the production of corporate collaterals (PeKa B40 reports, brochures, buntings etc) to ensure prominent branding.
Ensure the implementation of the Corporate Identity manual, Visual identity guidelines and policy.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, journalism, Public Relations, business management or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 8-10 years of related work experience in strategic communications and media relations

Responsibilities
Assist and support the Head of Department on the day-to-day operations related to Corporate Communications functions and roles.
