About the Programme
Malaysia, Jom Check! x PeKa B40 2026 is a nationwide health screening campaign that brings healthcare closer to communities across Malaysia.
The programme encourages early detection of common non-communicable diseases (NCDs), helping eligible Malaysians identify potential health problems before they become more serious.

Who Should Attend?
You are encouraged to attend if you are:
- 2026 Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) recipient aged 40 years and above, or
- The registered spouse of an STR recipient aged 40 years and above.
Participation is automatic.
There is no registration required.

- Your MyKad / Identification Card
No other documents are required.
Before You Come
To make your visit easier, please take note of the following:
- No fasting is required. You may eat and drink as usual before attending.
- Continue taking your regular medication unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- The health screening process usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes based on number of crowds.
What Will Be Checked?
During your visit, our healthcare team will guide you through the screening process.
Your health screening may include:
- Blood pressure measurement
- Height and weight measurement
- Blood sample collection
- Consultation with a doctor
If further assessment or treatment is needed, the attending doctor will explain the next steps.
