Prosedur Mendapatkan Manfaat PeKa B40

Langkah 1 : Semak kelayakan.

Langkah 2 : Sekiranya layak, lawati Klinik PeKa B40 terdekat yand boleh dikenalpasti dengan pelekat logo PeKa B40. Pastikan anda membawa MyKad untuk pengesahan.

Langkah 3 : Pemeriksaan kesihatan akan dilakukan semasa lawatan pertama di klinik.

Langkah 4 : Lawatan kali kedua untuk mengetahui keputusan makmal daripada doktor dan juga tindakan susulan samada rujukan ke Fasiliti KKM atau Program Sihat Cergas KKM.

Maklumat untuk Pengamal Perubatan Swasta

  • Tiada penglibatan MCO/TPA
  • Tiada sebarang yuran pendaftaran dan retainer fee
  • Tiada fee-splitting antara makmal dan GP
  • Tidak perlu membayar apa-apa kepada makmal. Consumables akan disediakan oleh pihak makmal yang berdaftar.
  • Tidak perlu membeli sistem IT khas
  • Potensi mendapat klien baru
  • Membantu golongan yang berpendapatan rendah B40
  • Penglibatan adalah secara sukarela

  • Lawatan Pertama : Bayaran terus ke Klinik – RM 40
  • Lawatan Kedua : Bayaran terus ke Klinik – RM 20
  • Berdasarkan jadual yang berkuatkuasa:
    • Jadual Ketujuh dalam Peraturan-peraturan Kemudahan dan Perkhidmatan Jagaan Kesihatan Swasta (Klinik Perubatan Swasta atau Klinik Pergigian Swasta) 2006 – Akta Kemudahan dan Perkhidmatan Jagaan Kesihatan Swasta 1998
  • Proses pembayaran akan dilakukan dua kali setiap bulan.
  1. Klinik mestilah mempunyai Borang B atau F
  2. Klinik mestilah berdaftar sebagai ‘Klinik Perubatan Swasta Umum’.
  3. Klinik yang berdaftar sebagai ‘Klinik Perubatan Swasta Pakar’ dan ‘Klinik Perubatan Swasta Umum dengan Perkhidmatan Estetik sebagai area of interest’ adalah dikecualikan dari menyertai projek perintis buat masa ini.
  4. Pengamal Perubatan (Pegawai Bertanggungjawab) mestilah berdaftar dengan Malaysia Medical Council (MMC).
  5. Pengamal Perubatan (Pegawai Bertanggungjawab) mestilah mempunyai sijil Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) yang sah.
  6. Fasiliti klinik hendaklah mempunyai talian telefon, akses internet, komputer dan kemudahan mesin pencetak (printer).

Pendaftaran klinik hendaklah di atas nama “Orang yang Bertanggungjawab” di dalam Perakuan Pendaftaran Klinik. Dokumen yang diperlukan untuk dimuat naik :

  • Perakuan pendaftaran untuk mengendalikan klinik perubatan swasta (Borang B atau Borang F)
  • Sijil pendaftaran penuh MPM bagi orang yang bertanggungjawab
  • Perakuan amalan tahunan semasa bagi orang yang bertanggungjawab (APC terkini)
  • Bukti akaun bank

Penafian :

  • Pendaftaran e-Perolehan adalah tidak diperlukan untuk GP berdaftar sebagai Klinik PeKa B40.
  • Pendaftaran e-Perolehan adalah tidak diperlukan untuk GP berdaftar sebagai Klinik PeKa B40.
  • Hanya pengamal perubatan bukar pakar sahaja dibenarkan menjalankan saringan kesihatan PeKa B40.

  2. Baca Terma & Syarat dan pilih ‘Agree’.
  3. Isi borang elektronik.
  4. Muat naik dokumen yang diperlukan ke dalam sistem.
  5. ProtectHealth akan menilai dan meluluskan permohonan
  6. Setelah diluluskan, klinik swasta akan menerima email pemberitahuan berserta pautan untuk formalisasi pendaftaran
  7. Selepas pendaftaran, muat turun e-LOA dari sistem dan tandatangan dokumen Declaration of Acceptance.
  8.  Muat naik dokumen yang telah ditandatangani ke dalam sistem.

  2. Sila paparkan pelekat ini di pintu depan klinik anda supaya para penerima PeKa B40 dapat mengenalpasti klinik anda sebagai Klinik PeKa B40.

Benefit 1 : Free Health Screening

  • Recipients must undergo Health Screening (Benefit 1) in order to be eligible for Health Aid (Benefit 2), Completing Cancer Treatment Incentive (Benefit 3), and Transport Incentive (Benefit 4).
  • Health screening may be performed by doctors at any MOH clinic and private clinic registered with PeKa B40.
  • Health screening includes:
    • medical history taking, noting of individual and family ailments, including risk factors
    • mental health screening
    • physical examination
    • clinical breast examination for female recipients, and clinical prostate examination for male recipients who are at risk
    • blood and urine tests
  • Blood and urine specimens will be obtained and sent to the laboratory for the following tests – blood cell test, blood sugar control test, cholesterol test, kidney function test, and urine test.
  • Benefit recipients do not need to fast to undergo those tests.
  • Benefit recipients will not be charged for undergoing physical examinations and laboratory tests under this PeKa B40 package.
  • Should recipients require treatment, they may be referred to a Klinik Kesihatan (government clinic), or, if they agree to be treated at a Private Clinic, recipients must bear the cost of said treatment themselves. For now, the PeKa B40 scheme does not
    include any treatment or medication cost.

Benefit 2: Health Aid

  • This benefit covers medical equipment that is required in procedures/ treatments and is not subsidised in MOH hospitals.
  • A maximum of RM20,000 is given to the recipients in the form of purchased medical equipment.
  • Benefit 2 includes medical equipment in the following categories:
    • Stents for the heart
    • Artificial joint equipment
    • Hearing aid devices
    • Heart pacemakers
    • Prostheses and implants for the spine
    • Prostheses and orthoses for the limb bones
    • Intraocular lenses
    • Breathing therapy equipment and oxygen concentrator
    • Nutritional support assistance
    • Wheelchairs
  • Health Screening (Benefit 1) must be performed first before recipients of PeKa B40 may avail themselves of this benefit.
  • This benefit only applies when recipients of PeKa B40 are treated in MOH hospitals, whereby the application must be made by MOH medical specialists on behalf of the patients who are recipients of PeKa B40.
  • The approval depends on the price range for each medical equipment’s category.

Benefit 3 : Completing Cancer Treatment Incentive

  • Benefit 3 is intended to encourage cancer patients, especially those in the early stages of treatment and disease, to complete their treatment plan as laid out by MOH cancer specialists.
  • RM1,000 is paid to cancer patients who complete their treatment at MOH hospitals.
  • Health Screening (Benefit 1) must be performed first before recipients of PeKa B40 may avail themselves of this benefit.
  • Payment of incentive is divided into two (2) parts
    • RM300 will be paid once the beneficiary started his/her cancer treatment.
    • RM700 will be paid after cancer treatment has been completed.
  • Payment of incentive is made directly to all eligible recipients of PeKa B40 via their registered bank accounts.
  • Application and proof of eligibility for Benefit 3 must be made by a doctor or MOH specialist on behalf of patients who are recipients of PeKa B40.

Benefit 4 : Transport Incentive

  • This benefit aims to alleviate the burden of paying for transportation whenever recipients have to travel to receive treatment at MOH hospitals. It is not meant to cover the entire journey’s cost.
  • Only recipients of Benefit 2 (Health Aid) and/ or Benefit 3 (Completing Cancer Treatment Incentive) are entitled to this transport cost incentive.
  • The maximum amount of assistance that can be received:
    • RM500 for Peninsular Malaysia
    • RM1,000 for Sabah/ Sarawak/ Labuan
  • The amount of incentive given is subject to the distance between the hospital and the recipient’s home based on a predetermined rate.
  • Application and proof of eligibility for Benefit 4 must be made by a Medical Social Worker or medical officer responsible for treating the patient.
  • Payment of incentive is made directly to the recipient via their registered bank accounts.
