Description
Provide vaccination at clinic.
Scope of Work
- Vaccinee pre-vaccination assessment
- Counselling and consent taking
- Administer vaccination
- Observation of post vaccination and Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI)
General Requirements
- Clinic is registered under Act 586 Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998
- Clinic must adhere to the ProtectHealth vaccination manuals
- Clinic must undergo COVID-19 vaccine specific training that will be provided
- Clinic is required to have suitable IT devices with internet access for vaccination verification
- Clinic is required to use system specified by MOH for vaccination program (MYVAS, VMS & VCS)
- Clinic must wear appropriate PPEs during the vaccination
- Clinic is expected to perform:
- COVID-19 Pre-vaccination assessment
- Consent taking
- Vaccine administration
- Post vaccination observation and emergency resuscitation
- Clinic is required to have adequate number of appropriately trained medical and non-medical staffs
- Clinic must prepare appropriate emergency equipment to manage emergency cases related to COVID-19 vaccination
- Clinic is required to have proper cold chain equipment such as cold box, electronic temperature data logger and pharmaceutical fridge (2-8°C)
- Clinic is required to order & collect vaccines from nearest assigned MOH facilities
- Clinic is required to have adequate space for patients to wait and be observed post vaccination that adhere to physical distancing requirements

If approved, the GP/ Specialist Clinic will receive an email notification with Letter of Appointment (LOA)

GP/ Specialist Clinic need to agree and sign the LOA

Upload the signed LOA into the system

ProtectHealth will verify the signed LOA
8
GP/ Specialist Clinic successfully registered as ProtectHealth Partner
RM19 per dose administered
Payment will be made by ProtectHealth to the bank account number provided during registration.

Private Hospital / ACC scope of work
